Anyone out their done Guildford ½ Marathon, heard through the grape vine that this is a bit hilly, is this true?
Done Nottingham last week and got another PB! Talked to a lovely French girl, which I got her name. Hope to see her on the GNR but that may be hard with the number of runners..
It’s great when you first start running nearly each run is a PB. Ran the last four consecutive Sunday and have obtained a PB in three of the races. I have to look up to my pears, they are so dam quick, its had making my old body do the same (impossible dream?)
