    Morning all

    What: parkrun 27:31.  Ran a pretty even pace throughout.  Could have gone a bit quicker, but dehydration  kicked in around km 3.

    Why: It's Saturday

    Last hard: Wednesday

    Last rest Saturday last week.

    Having a garden party this afternoon...the rain hasn't started...yet...

    Well yesterday's session was tough but really enjoyable...until I nearly got run over by a tractor on the cool-down!! And yes, it was entirely his fault! image

    Well done emzap on the parkrun

    I did Andover parkrun again today and got a nice bonus, as came 2nd in 19:09... add that to warm up / cool down and 7.26m at the gym on the treadmill is a nice 12.xxM for the day....

    Long run now planed for tomorrow to take me over 60m for the week.

    Nice Parkruns from Emzap, Gobi and RFJ (and well done to RFJ Junior too: good to see him higher up the results). Wonder how Race the Train went.

    Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
