  • Morning Gobi! Go with your thread, by a few seconds! My lyrics are better though (I don't know yours!).
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Lyrics ring a bell, but not sure which one.....

Off to Parkrun in a bit

Then to pick up Daughter from Uni as have family over from Canada for the afternoon. (tey are over for a month all over the UK... so good to get to see them).

  • Well played Wales...the forwards were awesome in open play.

Why: helping at cross country relays...setting up course, marshalling or timekeeping etc.
    Last hard: Fri

Left achilles very dodgy this morning, and feet rather tender so its stretch n massage whilst watching.

Lyrics: nope...although if I had been one minute earlier the answer would have been yes!

    Lyrics - no.

If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.
  • Yes, well done Wales.

Watching England now, so long run put off to tomorrow!

No idea about the lyrics, my response to the other Sat thread would have been "2 piles of silicon?"

  • Gobi - Well done wales - deserved the win. Great all over.

Will get a long cycle in today - not sure when or how long - it'll be as long as i can fit in - unfortunately that wont be as long as i want it to be. As they say - That's life.

All the best to the Parkrunners!
  • Funny one, 40! I gather that several people have looked over Jordan.

My legs a wee bit stiff today though...

  • 40 mins - I did do my long run this morning. I knew it was going to be full-on rugby all weekend.

Unbelievable that France beat England, and that Tonga had beaten France!

What: 20 miles by myself, glad to see the end of it. Knees sore, hope it is only temporary!

    Good running everyone.
