Running Clubs in West Lothian (Scotland) area

I am thinking of joining a running club, the possibility being Lothian Running Club or Livingston and District AAC.

Anyone a member or know anything about either club?

Linlithgow AAC is another possibility. I think Livingston is out as they don't do road running etc...
