I am currently training for a half marathon next month and have recently been increasing the length of my runs. The longest run I have done so far is 8m. When I'm running I feel fine, but pretty much as soon as I stop, the top of my left foot feels as though it is bruised and can be quite sore when walking on it after running. The left side of my foot can sometimes feel uncomfortable and bruised as well.
Anyone else had similar problems as I'm getting a bit concerned that my half marathon is only a month away and my foot keeps causing me issues!!
