MG great 15.25m y'day
Fiona sorry you got the stitch again. In my experience it's either (1) dehydration (2) eating too close to the run or (3) poor breathing, esp.not exhaling fully ?? Hope the run goes ok today...
Kaz ouch, sorry to hear that. Wish you well soon!
NP great racing - 850m!!!
OH lol - well done on the 7.5m
AGF see you on the 2013 thread

14.15m run this morning; bit sore now as it was basically 7m downhill, then turned back for 7m uphill while trying to keep the HR from spiking up.
One last run tomorrow will put me on 2,161 miles. 3 mara's, finally smashing 4h, pb's at 5k and 10k too. What a year! Thanks everyone for your support...
NP don't think slow head up breaststroke qualifies for any Ironman !
Well done on resolve today.
I'm debating the issue with Elspeth (book by fire v walk in wind and rain) with me favouring the easy option!
Been a good year for me having achieved my first ever marathons (2) along with 5 HMs and planning more next year. Going down to 4 day week from April so should have more time for training.
Weather cr@p today but hope to get out for brief kayak tomorrow afternoon.
OH Anyone who swims in the sea with no wet suit is made of iron in my eyes.
Just over 17 miles for me today in gale force winds and heavy rain, nice after yesterdays race wanted to run easy but felt ok and put 4 miles at MP in legs a little on the heavy side now,,,,,,,
Will be training for my first Marathon the Edinburgh in May and hoping to get rid of my calf injury a.s.a.p. Good luck to every runner for 2013, stay fit and strong
