Wow !!!!! What ????

has anybody else had an unplanned break from training and piled weight on ?? I've just had nearly three months off training and whilst planning how I'm going to train for outlaw this weekend , decided to weigh myself !! I have eaten pretty much the same but knew I'd put on weight obviously with clothes etc . But didn't realise I'd put on two stone !! Really gutted now as I feel I have to virtually start from the beginning again with all the hard slog , sorry I weighed myself now !! Has anybody else done similar ? How long did it take to get the weight off and get the fitness back as I'm now worried about the time scale to outlaw
