(I don't think this has been discussed here yet, my apologies if it has already been done.)
The 100-Up is a new running drill (actually an old one invented in the 19th century by British miler W.G. George) that is getting a lot of hype due it it being touted by Chris McDougall of Born to Run fame.
It is a drill that is designed to improve your running style by teaching you to not to land on your heel etc.
I have only tried it a couple of times so I can't say if it works or not from personal experience.

Looks very similar to bog-standard sprint drills. There's a bit more refinement on the sprint drills (see Gerhard Mach for a good example) especially about what to do with your foot when it's in the air. Don't know if anyone's ever mentioned that good distance runners have sprinters' form... Nope? Just me? Strides anyone...?
