well, mielage stuck at 43, but ankle on the mend so aim for January is to build up mileage again
weight - didn't put any on in December - so that is achieved - aim for January is to lose some!
well done everyone on their progress

My aims for january...
-There's a route I do which is just over 3 mile and as I'm new to running I've been running a bit, walking a bit, so aim is to complete it without walking at all
-Loose 4 lb's
