running and gym

hi all

i have a ?  been running for about 6 years done a 5m in 28.52 and 1/2 hilly 1.20.38 but i was 10st 10.i have now started going to the gym and up to 12st 4 but still like to run how should i train now (as running training gos)

  • well I train by running 6 days a week and swimming 4 times a week
