Good afternoon everybody its the WEEKEND

I have wide feet and also overpronate a bit and have a great pair of trail shoes which have been used lots.They are Asics Gel Trabuco and bought in the sale at Lillywhites for £60.Very comfortable and very grippy.

Daughter had another 2 baby teeth out at the orthodontist.  She is so brave.  She is now nearly toothless though!

Mathschick - serious cake problems for you at school! Glad to see you have got your priorities right!  I'm the same at work.  Lunch breaks and cake breaks brighten it up a bit.

Nice chat about trainers but I have no idea what I'm running in.  No specialist running shops here and I just go by how they feel in the shop.  I haven't had any serious problems yet.....(she says crossing everything.)

Earl grey here too. total mileage for today - 8.5. not bad but still needing more.
2 pairs of shoes. one road, one trail. I got my road shoes and gait checked at the running shop today in case they were causing the tightness in my hip. they r still good after 350 miles.

Love those shoes gastank- I too love the brvcvight shoes I had a pair of Asics 2160 that were Orange and black with orange laces.I got a really nice bright orange running top for Christmas. 

Phantom think I need to check out the Gel Trabuco shoes....hopefully they are ncie and colourfull!!!

ok, ok..i own up..although i dont have tons of trainers..i have a lot of 'matched ' outfits....i will have to take a pic of them all too.....

..theres my navy and white nike hotpants and crop top.....my grey and red nike set of top and shorts...my black shorts and black and neon pink vest top.....black leggings and black n white top...blu- you get the idea......

ok the tight running shorts have orange bits down the legs but everthing else is black with a silver logo.

I need advice people - got my 8 year old parkrunning with me tomorrow, and a friend of mine who will probably want to walk/slow jog it all. will the organisers mind? How far should I expect little miss to go?anything I need to be aware of?
