I live in the New Cross/Peckham area and I am looking for someone to run with. I would like to start running again and this time I intend to do it for life. I have heard it's good to have someone to run with but I've never done so before. Maybe that's why I stop and start? I don't know. Who's up for it?
I'd ideally like to do 4 times a week. Is that too much to start with?
