Only crocs in our house are bright pink and waaaayyyyy too small for me!
One solution on wet weather is to wear a different pair of trainers with the insoles removed - makes them more roomy and it's quite comfy as long as with a clean pair of socks.
Screamy....Apart from do a list, pack, unpack and check list. Read someone else's list and rewrite. Repack. Change mind cos of weather. Unpack. Panic and go and buy lots of new kit just in case. Repack again, change mind cos of weather. Again. Unpack to just double check you have everything, pack. Errr, I'm sure there's more
And a quick reminder from Nagger in Chief (Mk 2) for this enterprise that if you are leaving stuff at the RW stand at the Expo please mark RW as well as all the name/number info as we don't want it mixed up with the Fetchies who also leave their stuff there.

As you were
Oops - too late
Mind you I did deliver my stuff directly into SBH's own fair hands and the Fetchies won't know me as I don't do Fetch (too cuddly for me, I prefer the dark side )
@Gillymac - 3:43 to finish ME hah hah hah hah hah hah hah hah hah hah hah hah! Best laugh I had all day! 3:43 to Mile 17. And that is optimistic EXCLUDING time taken from Pen 9 to Start Line. ETA 2pmish. A whole hour after Phatboy welcome btw!
My new race strategy is Mile 17 by 4 hours and then do the rest in 1:45 hours to get 5:45. 7:45 might be more realistic given my heinous training on the dreadmill and the 10 stone I put on this week tapering.
Still, am psyched for the rain, makes me run faster.
GillyMac and Sister Bad Habit, please can you confirm that you received my bag of Goodies from the Expo? I dropped it off Weds. I just saw TickledPink's post and am now worried the Fetchies may have it as I didn't write RW on it! Thanks, Zaftig.
I woke up this morning and thought it was Sunday already (clearly my body is confused as I had yesterday off work). I also thought in my half asleep state that I was late for the start (despite it being 5.20am) and that it was snowing!
RZR I'll check with running rodent as she did a pick up before I did yesterday but am sure it'll be fine, the RW crew at the expo are pretty good at trying to make sure we all get the right stuff x
Just realised I totally forgot to leave money for the pringles / jelly babies fund at the Expo... Sorry If you have saved me food I'll pay on my way past on Sunday!!
Rob, No worries, I was going to pick up some tomorrow. Is there a flavour you like?
Great pic Badbark, can you also let us know a time to 17.
RZR, I was wondering if you were a speedy one!
Can't wait to see you all on Sunday.
If anybody is signing off, early remember you need to look for us as well. So look for Water station as 17 move over to the right, as we will be directly after that on the right hand side. The RW stand will be covered in blue and yellow balloons. As we are Group 1 we are the first on the barrier so please dont overshoot us, . We will have a giant Pink Number 1 Hellium ballon. If you get to the Zebra Crossing after the water station and you haven't spotted us you have gone too far!
morning all - not at work today - looking after 4 small children (not all mine!) instead so time is slipping past a little more easily!
Claire - the chandos is just off trafalgar square - top right hand corner just past st martin in the fields. it's on a corner at the bottom of st martins lane i think?
weather in blackheath this morning is...... FAB! sunny but cool. some black clouds but no rain yet.....
