After having my leg microwaved last week at physio this week I had acupuncture. Wondering what next week will bring!
I am sure a man carrying a huge tiger has just run past me but that could be the affect of having needles stuck in my leg!!
erm... worrying slightly now..... have no race pack here - am a golden bond though - perhaps they come out later? (hopeful emoticon)

i tried JJB sports once - and i ended up in a back street shop nr home, front and back of vect done and cheaper
can vouch for the VLM service though - v quick and good quality.... I did once try iron on letters and they peeled off half way round!

sorry - can we clarify? do the supporters just want us to leave cash at the expo OR do thy want us to hand in our stuff in the normal way and donate cash towards general jelly baby/jaffa cake type supplies - have lost track!
reeeeeaaaaally hoping pack will be there when i get home tonight - i do like thumbing through the mag - is the content the same as ever?!!
We will have supplies of jelly babies, Jaffa cakes, bananas, oranges etc all the basics that can be bought from asda. if anyone specifically want a banana then let us know as we can keep one aside. Gel/sport drinks etc should be left at the expo.
