NEW TOO RUNNING

hey guys im starting jogging for the first time tommorow and was looking for a begginers plan? I would like to build up to 45 mins a day at some point down the line.

  • Have you tried downloading the couch to 5k podcast from the NHS Choices website?
  • welcome to the forum.  Have you looked at the beginners section... HERE Loads of info and schedules on there which should help you.  golden rule - start slowly and gradually build up.  And get some proper running shoes (from a proper running shop - ie not JJB). image
