hey guys im starting jogging for the first time tommorow and was looking for a begginers plan? I would like to build up to 45 mins a day at some point down the line.
welcome to the forum. Have you looked at the beginners section... HERE Loads of info and schedules on there which should help you. golden rule - start slowly and gradually build up. And get some proper running shoes (from a proper running shop - ie not JJB).
