Bone Marrow Edema HELP!!

Hello
Ive had this for two + years now in the foot bones. Theres no disease & i have orthotics so at a loss. Anyone else had it for this long?

Supersonic, Tom, Dave, Roger PLEASE HELP!!: 

First i was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendinitis. The pain did not go away. I then got an MRA and was told i have bone marrow edema. <div>
</div><div>Please let me know if you are all okay now and exactly what you had to do to start running and sprinting again. This has been a few months now. </div><div>
</div><div>Orthotics, boot for a month, no activity etc?
