Well poached eggs on toast today with tom sauce..mmmm.

I can recommend you all go out and buy
Heinz sundried Tomato Sauce and a tub of Benecol Light Garlic & Herbs & spread them together in a tesco Deli Roll white or brown...Lush...quick & easy to make too!
