Morning all. After doing my first hundred 6 weeks ago I've pretty much not run since and maintained the appetite of an elephant. As such I believe I've got a stone to lose which I'm hoping to achieve before my holiday mid June. With work schedule being really hectic in the run up to the Olympics the time I have for decent sessions is pretty minimal so I'm going to be relying on a far healthier diet with no snacks and indulgences etc. Anyone else in the same boat care to join me?
