The 3 R's

        Hi all

                   Just wondering, I did the VLM last week and like most suffered for days after but could,nt wait to run again . Did 3 miles on Friday and 5.5 on Saturday and felt surprisingly good . There's a local 10k this Wednesday ,do you think I should do I ? or am I getting back to running too early image

  • Hmm I'd be tempted too. You could plod it, but I wouldn't "race" it, personally.
  • There's probably a good number of VLM runners who woke up yesterday and realised they felt fitter and stronger than a week earlier(Saturday of course).
  • depends how you feel I did Chester marathon last year and 2 days later was back out running
