I am down to do this next week, any tips or problems please let me know, ie food/ drinks stations , what kind of shoe trail or road etc any info would be good.
If it's hot I will be taking a bottle with me in addition to the aid stations if not then they will suffice. Food wise I would take what ever you have practised with, I'll be bringing a few gels with me. Shoes I am wearing a light trail shoe but if it is dry road shoes will be fine, the course is on good paths
Thanks for that I'll take my normal water bottle and gels, and keep my eye on the weather, and hope it's not to hot
