Can anybody suggest a good shoe to start with i'm 17stone so cant fnd anythink comforable

i went to a shop in nottingham called 'up & running', had my gait analysed for free, and tried on shoes with the guy's advice, at that time i was over 18stone, size 8 shoe and bought ASICS gel virage.
comfortable, easily laced up nice and tight, i think quite light-weight, breathable - downside - def not waterproof!
