I am a great believer in the power of thought over discomfort. I can run a marathon because I believe I can run marathon.
For that reason, this holds no barrier to me. Someone will benefit so therefore I must deliver.

My sisters remedy for unpleasant situtaions is something she learned from yoga - put your awareness into your toes, and then you'll be OK.

I have many events programmed in, including the Dublin Marathon, which I will dump for this. I have set aside 14 days Annual Leave at work for the after effects.
Hopefully next week I will know. I am moving house in 5 weeks regardless. Mrs S may need some volunteers to help move us. I may be sore.
I feel quite proud to be chosen.
DUBLIN may end up a weekend away.
