A question about eggs.

I have 3 raw egg yolks in the fridge from wednesday...still ok to use or should I get rid of them?

    They'll be fine.

    Once cooked, fine.

  • No problem - add them to omelette, scrambled eggs, or make custard or ice cream!

  • Carbonara??

Yes but the white is a big part of carbonara, the idea is to stir in a beaten egg and it cooks in the residual heat of the pasta and breaks up into those little pieces.

I dare you to neck them raw, Rocky style.
  • Good idea image

I meant good idea to the carbonara, not necking them raw!

So did you eat them Mima? Or is it today's breakfast?
  • I'm not sure. I went to be about 7.30 as I was feeling very sick (not eaten the eggs) and woke up to switch off lights etc (when I posted last) Debating how safe it is to eat them now.

  • Go for it      !! NECK THEM RAW    NECK THEM RAW

  • SF...you're mean. I've only just stopped feeling pukey.
