I have just recommenced running after a 23 year lay off. As a youngster I was a fairly decent club runner. At 39 I'm a born again runner............

Welcome back from me too - as some one who has come back after 12 years it does take time to get back
Tell me about it. Did my LSR run tonight and was knackered at the end. I have completely forgotten how to pace myself.
