I'm currently running in Nike Lunar Eclipse, but the wear pattern is all on the outside of the shoe which I'm told means there's too much support.
I have had gait analysis at run4it and been told that my left foot is neutral (almost perfectly so) and that my right overpornates very slightly.
I'm also looking to transition into a midfoot strike from heel striking as I've been having some knee problems.
Can anyone give me any suggestions?
Some extra info: I''m male, 26, 5 ft 11 and weigh 14 stone.
