Watch for running

After having been out for a run last night in the lovely warm weather... I am thinking a new watch might be in order.
I normally use my cheapo Aldi watch with plastic strap and backing, and it gets awfully sweaty and horrid underneath it after a while.
Can anyone recommend me a watch that does not have this rather annoying side effect!

buy any sports watch you like and a velcro strap? they cost a few ££ and will fit on pretty much any watch,
