Everybody likes to show off what THEY do, and other than finding excuses to slip it into unexpecting threads, I thought i'd make a single thread for you all to bare your soul (OK, maybe just your running workouts) to the viral village of runnersworld.co.uk. Maybe we'll all pick up some tips to use for ourselves too!
