I am as confussed as ever.
My Outlaw time was 1.04.49 = 6.49 for 400m
last night I did a 400m TT in the pool, 6.21.
I would rather use my pool time

I think you can kick-off with pretty well any 400m swim time you've done, HC, whether that's a 400 straight or average from an IM, or somewhere in between. Broad Church.
Yep any 400m will do as long as you wer trying
Each month a new base time will be set based on the best perfomrance from the previos month
August will have 3 weeks
I will keep a spreadsheet than an be veiwd publicly

I think i may have miscounted laps on my 400TT ... i did 400s this AM and couldn't even get down to 8mins
The heating is broken in our pool so we've been wearing wetsuits in there recently.. it makes for very good times! I did a 400m PB this morning without even trying! It will be tough going back to slower times again without the wetsuit.

That's the average from a 5K pool swim. I'm hoping a TT will be faster!
When do we start? did a flying lap( for me anyway) last night at OW
8:56, thats 24 points to me, or have I gone to early (Mrs SA says thats my problem
