hi im an avid kean runner and i was wondering if anyone can help with advice to improve my pace and get quicker with times? Whats the general info? Any help is much apprechiated thank you so much.

Try introducing tempo runs or repetitions of 400 metres at a fast pace in to your training and it should help you get faster.
