I have been looking at the manual but can't work out whether it is possible to put my max heart and resting heart rates in so that when it tells me what zones I have worked in they actually relate to me.
Anyone know how to do this?
On the 610, it can be set up in the menu Setup - Heart Rate Monitor - Heart Rate Zones, and there are options for Max and Resting. May be slightly differerent on 910 as it is multi activity so there should be options to set max for bike, run, etc.
It is also possible to set these up in Garmin Connect and transfer to the watch.
