Smartcoach app

Hi, I understand there is a RW smartcoach app for both android and apple devices. I cannot find the apple one on app store nor the android one on google play. Does anyone know if they are available in the UK and on which site they can be found? Even when I use the link on Runnersworld.com I am still unable to find it. Thanks
