hello and help i,m due to do the london to brighton extreme run can any one recommend what gel ,drinks and bars to take and any other tips you could share with me many thanks
What have you been training with? I wouldn't start changing anything new now.
I'm just trying to work out my race fueling and plans at the moment!
I'll have a few SIS gels in my bag but I doubt I'll use them as I really don't like them.
