Week 9 of my training and I was due to run 13.1 miles, I ran great and ran it in 1hr 56 PB for me!, but ever since then.. my times have got slower and slower! to the point my long run on Sunday was again 13.1 and I stopped after 10.5 and the time was embarrassing! now I know times aren't important in training as much but this is getting silly.. I'm so tired! I even of thinking of not doing the maarthon in October
Help.. any inspiration would be grateful

ha! maybe your right.. I'm beating myself up for nothing! Ill take it easy on my last long run the 22 miler..
Bugger all point following a plan if you dont listen to your body. If you're tired - take an easy day. Running yourself into the ground wont help you get faster.

All schedules I've followed have an easy or consolidation week usually every 4th week.
Either way I would take it easy every forth week in training especially if your body is telling you to.
Recovery is as important as training.
