hi all, Now that I have entered the 10k Morun Manchester, i feel more committed to training.
Sundays run I increased to 30 minutes, 2 mins jog, 1 min walk this has been an increase of 10 mins. I went back down to 20 mins Monday. Todays jog I increased by 5 mins, and introduced a 3 min jog, with a min walk once going out, and once onn retturn. Am I heading in the right direction? You all seem well experienced runners.

Also you might want to think about working on reducing that walk to basically nothing so your running continously.
