Shin splints or what?

Never had problem with shins before (been running for 3 years now) , did a 10k at weekend and decided to give myself a weeks rest before starting up again so haven't run since Sunday and now today (wednesday) both my shins are really hurting what's going on.


  • Stretch!! You might be tight having done a race then not run at all. So take a few dYs to stretch and cie any sore bits and lots of foam roller then start back slowly.
