I am a midfoot striker when it comes to jogging/running but have experimented with forefoot running & decided its not my thing. However I have found recently its a great way to start & finish a run (approx 1/2 mile each end)
It seems to ease me in to a run as I naturally run slower on the forefoot & doesn't stress the knees as much as my normal running style. Likewise at the end it slows me down a bit.
Does anyone else do this & what do others do to warm up/cool down? (apart from stretches)
