On Wednesday I sprained my elbow (its a mild one). Its generally getting better seach day but still hurts a bit when I put it in certain positions.
I've tried moving my arms in the motion they would move when running and its not causng any pain. But I just wanted to check if its a good idea to start my running again or wait a bit longer. Ideally I wanted to do my regular parkrun tomorrow and I've got a 15K next weekend so needed to do some running during the week so I don't fall out of shape!
