Second half in 3 weeks

Quick question:
Did New Forest half last w/end. Thinking of doing Waterbeach 1/2 in 3 weeks time. Do I just repeat the last 3 weeks of my 1/2M schedule, or just do some maintenance running, or something in between? Not necessarily planning on going much faster than the last one, as my legs have only just recovered, but as it's flat there is the small hope I might knock a minute off.

    I would probably cut back on any longish runs and focus on shorter faster runs, but train the same number of times per week as you have been doing. If you've been doing any speed work then you could make some alterations to what you've been doing, again focusing on shorter intervals.
