Sprint Tri for free this weekend ?

Hi All,
My 1st claim tri club, Tri London has 2 spare places in teams that are entered in the Southwater relays this Sunday.
They're taking place at Southwater Country Park, Horsham (Sussex) at 9am and it's a really fun event, with lots of other local clubs there.
The distances are 400m (lake swim), 18.5k bike, 3.8k run. You're in teams of 3, and each person does the
whole triathlon in the usual way before tagging the next person.
The emphasis is on fun so you don't need to be really fast or anything.
Anyway, if you want to have a go let me know.
