Not happy - want to get out running but my chest has other ideas - something I thought was nothing seems to be getting worse to a point where I cannot run. Going to doctors this morning to see what problem is - going stir crazy!!!

shielsey - kids, or a particular kid to be precise. Today was much much better though, boundaries laid down and authority restored !
right im off for a run, cant decide if i should go and do a track session or just go for a plod along the coast, or infact skip the run and go out on my bike for an hour........
Decided on a short track run, mile down there and then 2k on the track and 1.5 mile back home, felt really sluggish and heavy legs, no doubt due to last nights club session.
Wow love the tent - we could all get in there!!!
Getting giddy now for TR24, but I must warn my team mates that my training isn't going as well as everyone else. I don't seem to have any time these days to get out as much as I would like to, but I am trying my best to get out when I can.
Received my number for the Great Manchester Cycle ride ready for June 30th - 52 miles again, like last year, so hoping that will help with the stamina at least!
Os, to be fair I think sj deserves the penthouse for erecting that beast !

Its the first major race Shrewsbury has seen this coming Sunday and the town has gone running mad, I counted 5 runners just picking Imogen up from Youth Club tonight. It's only half a mile away !

If it wasn't for the fact I hate camping, I'd have tent envy with that HUGE tent! We could all camp in there

Vixx - well not running is helping the back at the moment but I think it will be a while before running will be OK. I'm trying to decided whether I want to go to parkrun tomorrow and walk all the way round or not. I might be last
but I'd still be 1 ahead of XL in the race to the t-shirt (100 for XL, 50 for me)

Lol at Fiona. If it will help your decision and recovery at all, although I will be running tomorrow, I am on Gate #1 on 29th June as I have a 10k race the day after.
Tail runner does count towards the 50, Vixx.

Vixx - I have sacroiliac joint dysfunction. 2 weeks off running and it is feeling better (a bit). It was definitely less ouch at the physio today. I've been tail runner before but it does include some running! Temptation would be too great so I'll just go to the gym instead.
Ahhhh. Am glad it's less ouch with the fizz!
Hopefully you will continue to get stronger in no time
