I think some people were asking about how to get better at 10k and they seemed to have come to a stop. Can't find the thread, though so this might already have been said. Have a look at the current Men's Health magazine page 120, (the girlie's can pretend they're looking at the chappie on the cover)where there is an eight week plan to 'notch your best ever 10k time'. Also advice on trainers (shoes - not the ones that shout a lot) and a list of the '10 best 10k races'. Worth a look?
