I have been training for a 1/2 marathon and have been wearing the same trainers that I bought for a specialised running shop for about 6 months. I suddenly last night got 2 great big blisters on the side of my foot and need some help in what to do so I can keep running (tomorrow) so they don't get worse or hurst while I run. Does anyone have a suggestion?


  • You need new shoes
    Cover with Compeed
    I dont pop mine
  • Have you tried 1000 mile socks - I used to suffer but have had no problems since using them. I know this does not help for tomorrow but may for the future.
