I've been racing for many years now on both track and road/country
I'm not the tallest of fellas at just 5'8"
Last night however I did manage to stretch out a bit on the track, on a 8x300m set.
But it felt weird - like I wasn't running fast at all, when in fact I was covering the ground quickly.
Has anyone got any tips on increasing my stride naturally? I did a marathon in May which may have something to do with my shortness of stride, mind you I have always had little pitta-patta steps! Cheers Del
