We live in Germany fairly close to the French border & Strassbourg, then when we get down in the S. of France my youngest brother-in-law lives near Bordeaux. And another of Mr. IW's brothers lives in Japan!

Still got to get across the Channel first.

There's a lady at my running club who is more of a cyclist and she regularly does 100+ miles in a day.

You can add 1000m to the swim, which I did at lunchtime.

80-120 is the normal week end long ride for me during base - longer rides are normally spread over a weekend
