Just Before school started i ran 10 miles and had no problems at all, in the first week i went running in the evenings for around 30 minutes and after one i had a bit of pain in my right thigh and though nothing of it, left it alone for a while but came back to running and it hurt more than before! It is usually worse once i have stopped and it was fine durin swimming today. I have been using deep heat and iburprophen (not sure how its spelt!) and that helps a little but is stilll bad.
Any idea on what it could be? or how long to heal? just because i wanted to go on a long run this weeked, Thanks a lot!
