Windsor Half Marathon 2012

This may be a silly question but I have read that at previous event you wear the timing chip around your ankle. I have just recieved my pack and there is only a chip like thing on the back of my number. Is this the timing chip? So I leave it there?

Any help would be great

some timing systems work from chips on back of number instead of shoe. looks like windsor has changed over this year. don't worry leave it alone and it will work fine
