Has anyone ever suffered with stomach acidity. Basically when running and when i not i can feel loads of liquid in my stomach and feel bloated. Can anyone recommend and remodies? or is it a case of going docs and maybe having blood test
Ye, I think everybody gets this. It just depends on what you eat. Maybe try eating a high fibre diet for while.
Is your diet good? Is it worse after certain foods? Have you always suffered with this? I think a quick chat with Dr would be in order.
In meantime Peppermint tea is good for digestion.
If this happens all the time and not just whilst running then it is not a running problem? See the GP first to eliminate the possible nasty stuff first.
