stomach problems

Has anyone ever suffered with stomach acidity. Basically when running and when i not i can feel loads of liquid in my stomach and feel bloated. Can anyone recommend and remodies? or is it a case of going docs and maybe having blood test 


  • Ye, I think everybody gets this. It just depends on what you eat. Maybe try eating a high fibre diet for while. 

  • Is your diet good? Is it worse after certain foods? Have you always suffered with this? I think a quick chat with Dr would be in order.

    In meantime Peppermint tea is good for digestion.

  • If this happens all the time and not just whilst running then it is not a running problem? See the GP first to eliminate the possible nasty stuff first.
