Hi all, ive been in training for a few months now as i plan to run the edinbourgh marathon next year. i completed my first 15k race yesterday in 1 hour 20 which i was quite pleased with as i went off a bit fast (school boy error!) my question is, im a bit stiff today and i was thinking about going to the gym tonight, do I go ahead as planned and take it easy or give it a miss all together?
