Wondered if anyone else takes glutamine- an amino acid protein supplement for those who dont know of it. Supposed to boost immunity and help revovery from training/etc
I have been using for last 6 weeks and feel better ! previous muscle pains/niggles seem to have goneand no cold or sore throat for a while ! i wonder if it really helps. i am doing an amazon ultramarathon in 4 mths time so need to incr training but stay well ! i hope this may help
any other experiences of it > ?
